Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PourOver Emb. Every piece is embroidered and stitched to order, so there are two clocks: ours and the carrier's.

5–7 business days. Your team appliqué, name and number are cut and stitched after you order.

8–12 days in transit after your order ships. Most orders arrive 13–20 days after they are placed.

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with holidays, weather and carrier delays.

As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also paste the number on our Track your order page.

Email admin@pouroveremb.com with your order number. A real person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday.
