All questionsHow long until my sweater arrives?
Every piece is stitched to order. Allow 5–7 business days for us to make it, then 8–12 days in transit — 13–20 days door to door. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Can I change my name or number after ordering?
Yes, if we haven't started stitching. Email admin@pouroveremb.com within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and the new spelling.
My team isn't listed.
Build it yourself: the custom team mockneck takes any team colors, name and number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
