Every piece is stitched to order, so there are two clocks: ours and the carrier's. Here's where yours is.

Stitching · 5–7 business days
Your team appliqué, name and number are cut and stitched by hand. You'll get an "in production" email while it's on the hoop.

Shipped · 8–12 days in transit
The moment it leaves, you get a shipping email with a tracking link. Paste that number below any time.

Delivered · 13–20 days total
Door to door, most orders land in 13–20 days. Past day 20? Write to us and we'll chase it down.
No number yet?
It's still being stitched — tracking arrives by email the day it ships. Order placed more than 7 business days ago and nothing yet? Email admin@pouroveremb.com with your order number.
02 — Shipping questions
The usual
suspects.
My tracking hasn't updated in days.
Carriers often scan once at pickup and once near delivery. If there's no movement for 5 business days, email us and we'll open a trace.
Can I change my address?
Before it ships, yes — email admin@pouroveremb.com with your order number. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it.
It says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbours and your building's mailroom first; carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing after 2 days? Email us and we'll sort it.
